http://www.elance.com - is a global freelancing site where freelancers can find thousands of online projects. Like odesk, freelancers and clients looking for help with projects can find each other. Unlike odesk, on elance you can also advertise your work. The site is free, but if you want to list your qualifications under more categories you can pay a little more. Elance also takes a very small commission when contractors are hired. 

http://www.freelancer.com -Another popular freelancing site, where freelancers can earn an income by completing outsourced projects. Here at Freelancer.com you will find one of the largest online job portals. Take a look at what some of the work clients are asking for and are willing to pay. These are fun sites to check out. Remember freelancers, it takes a lot of work to get those first few projects under your belt. Word in the Virtual Assistant world is - it takes 3-4 months to build up a nice client base. But once a few of those clients find you and love your work, your on your way. That's why we are including information about this site.
